When you have actual chaotic gameplay, that nanite system is going to bog down hardware big time. That demo was running at 1440p with 30 FPS and you can clearly see it having, not catastrophic, but noticeable frame drops. It's just not the reality of the situation and 100% is straining the PS5 to it's limits. What they showed looks great, no one denies that, HOWEVER, that was a tech demo, nothing more, being run on the PS5 and in no way shape or form should be interpreted to be what actual games will be like. Now they're bringing the game complete with all the content that has been released in the past over to both Xbox One and PS4 players. The game is nearly three years old but has been a decent hit for the company on PC. Focus Home Interactive and New World Interactive announced during Gamescom 2021 that Insurgency: Sandstorm is coming to consoles.
